Here's what shipped to customers during the week of September 28, 2026: 4 product areas, part of the Anyshift Product Updates series.

Live health on integration pages

Integration detail pages now show the current health of each configured connection, including OAuth connections. The status reflects the live health check, shows when it last ran, and surfaces an available error message directly beside the connection. That means a team can quickly see when a Sentry, Datadog, PagerDuty, Jira, Notion, or other supported connection needs attention.

It builds on the integration setup guide, where you can connect the monitoring, incident-management, and knowledge sources Annie uses.

Slack RCA hypotheses stay visible

Annie's likely-cause card now stays at the top of its Slack response while an RCA streams, rather than arriving below a long analysis. For webhook-started incident investigations, the card is also sent to the incident channel, while the detailed reasoning remains in the thread. Teams can spot the working hypothesis before they scroll through the full investigation.

Richer evidence for Annie investigations

Annie now keeps monitoring results up to 8 KB inline, so smaller query results are immediately available to the investigation. Larger metric and log results carry structured previews and summaries, including series ranges, gaps, and error-level log lines, so the analysis starts with the data that matters.

The investigation layer also adds context from related telemetry on the same host, recorded infrastructure changes in the query window, and guidance when a PromQL regex misses only because of casing or an inactive alert. Together, these improvements help Annie connect a monitoring signal to the infrastructure and event evidence behind it. See how those sources come together in Anyshift root cause analysis.

Conversation history grouped by day

The conversation sidebar is now grouped under Today, Yesterday, date headers for the most recent 7 days, and Older. Conversations stay in the same newest-first order within each group, so the change makes recent Annie questions and investigations easier to scan without changing history.
